iluvads:

1960’s Teaberry gum ad.
I (LAURA MICHAELS) discovered Teaberry at the 99 cents only on Valley Central Way in Lancaster, California in the late 90’s when I worked across the street at Marshalls.

It is easy to find the gum (real sugar!) for sale online. Another name for teaberry is wintergreen, and the gum is minty, but not overwhelmly so.

These days, I’m satisfied with a luscious, wonderful and amazing lip balm of the teaberry flavor (and other flavors, too!) made by Sweetgrass Sentiments. Yum. The soap made there is phenominal, too.
